Longseq Applications Commitments
- Technical Support: Longseq undertakes to provide standard IT support for two months from the delivery of the results, aimed at assisting in the interpretation of the results. This support will be aimed at enabling the client to analyse and interpret their data. It will include assistance to the client in visualising the data, advice on opening files, use of igv or suggestions for software to assist in the analysis of the data. For more personalised IT support, this will be requested by the client and will be considered in the quotation.
- Re-analysis after the support period: Any request for re-analysis or IT assistance after the support month will be considered as an additional service and will be budgeted as such.
- Responsibility for computer analysis failure: In the event of poor quality bioinformatics results, the company undertakes to make corrections by re-executing the corresponding pipelines, provided that the error is attributable to the company and is within the previously agreed parameters.
- Responsibility for reagent failure: Analyses performed by Longseq use Oxford Nanopore Technologies consumables and devices. Longseq is not responsible for failures arising from the quality of Oxford Nanopore Technologies reagents and consumables. In case of accuracy errors or technical limitations, if the work has been performed correctly by Longseq, the price of the service will not be affected. If data could not be generated and sample loss has occurred, Longseq will contact the client and Oxford Nanopore Technologies if necessary in order to find a solution.
