FAQ
Here you will find answers to the most common questions we receive about our services. We are here to help you and make sure you have all the information you need.
What type of sample do I need?
2 μg of high-quality DNA is required for the Genomic and Targeted Region (enrichment) services.
How long does the service take?
The time will depend on the type of service requested. Approximately, the estimated time from the reception of the sample to the uploading of the data in the client area is 2 to 4 weeks.
What type of service is right for my study?

What read length is obtained?
The read length depends on the quality of the starting DNA. The more intact it is, the longer the read length. From our experience, we have obtained an average length of 10Kb in whole genome sequencing services and 780bp in RNA sequencing.
What depth of coverage is obtained in the targeted region (PCR)?
The depth can be adjusted to the requirements of the experiment. By performing real-time sequencing, the desired depth can be calculated and sequencing can be stopped once it has been achieved.
What depth of coverage is obtained in the targeted region (enrichment)?
The depth in this case depends on the quality of the starting DNA and the length of the fragments.
